Tasks and Responsibilities

Participate in the implementation strategies of technology infrastructure migration projects
Provide support and monitor IT systems to ensure the security, stability, and performance of networks
Contribute to the continuous development and implementation of new technologies
Create recommendation plans and report network anomalies
Participate in audit and analysis exercises
Work closely with the IT team to maintain excellent network reliability
Research industry best practices and propose different scenarios
Configure various equipment (routers, switches, etc.), servers, and backup strategies
Support users at all levels (1-2-3) through phone, written communication, or in-person interventions
Assist the support team in addressing emergency situations
Write and maintain infrastructure documentation

Required Experience

Skills and knowledge come in many forms and can be based on relevant experiences, so we strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all the requirements listed above.

AEC, DEC, or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Networking or in a related field deemed relevant and/or relevant experience
Knowledge in configuring firewalls, routers, switches
Understanding of TCP/IP protocol
Strong knowledge in cybersecurity
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems (2012-2022), Active Directory, SQL
Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, virtualization with VMWare, Veeam, and M365
