We are pleased to present 2 new services that will save you time:
- a customer portal for managing your service tickets and invoices portail client
- a secure payment platform
You will still receive invoices, statements, service tickets, etc. by email as is currently the case. The portal will be useful to you if, for one reason or another, a document is missing. You will then be able to independently retrieve the desired document(s) in just a few clicks.
You will now be able to pay your invoices online directly using the button at the bottom of the email or on the WisePay platform where you are also offered various options.
