Tasks and Responsibilities

Your mission: Optimize and secure clients’ IT infrastructures

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new partnerships and maintaining business relationships with existing clients. You will work with our clients to secure and simplify IT within their organizations, while promoting their technological evolution. You will use your knowledge, expertise, and other members of the IT team to advise organizations on innovative solutions, services, IT strategies, and products.

Your responsibilities will include:

Prospect new customers and generate new opportunities with existing customers
Establish, develop, and maintain a trusting business relationship with customers and offer them the best possible service
Promote the company’s IT products, services, solutions, and strategies
Propose and present IT solutions to customers
Offer consulting expertise to customers in collaboration with the technical team
Prepare bids in collaboration with the technical team
Follow up on customer satisfaction after sales
Consistently achieve sales and profitability targets and optimize supplier programs
Stay abreast of new developments in the IT industry to increase efficiency
Effectively document all interactions with customers

Required Experience

Relevant sales experience and good computer skills
Technical skills and the ability to quickly learn how to use new systems (operating systems, PC equipment, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French
Strong negotiation skills, using tact and resourcefulness
A positive attitude focused on customer service
A go-getter personality who is motivated by challenges and achieving goals
A strong sense of autonomy, rigor, and solution-oriented approach
Great ability to adapt to change and learn
Fluency in English to interact with our English-speaking customers and suppliers
